Production & Operations Manager
to lead our central production facility and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

Production Planning & Execution
- Plan daily production based on branch-wise demand forecasts.
- Ensure timely production and dispatch to all retail outlets.
- Balance production capacity with customer demand.
- Plan seasonal and festive production.

Factory Operations
- Oversee end-to-end production activities.
- Ensure adherence to recipes, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Improve production efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.

Inventory & Stores Management
- Manage raw material, packaging, semi-finished,



and finished goods inventory.
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock audits.
- Ensure optimum stock levels without shortages or overstocking.

Procurement
Coordination
- Forecast raw material requirements.
- Coordinate with procurement and suppliers.
- Ensure uninterrupted material availability.
- Monitor supplier performance.

Wastage & Cost Control
- Monitor raw material consumption against standard recipes.
- Reduce production losses and material wastage.
- Improve yield and manufacturing efficiency.
- Control production costs without compromising quality.

Quality Assurance
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, appearance, and weight.
- Maintain strict quality standards across all product categories.
- Support food safety compliance and best manufacturing practices.

Team Leadership
- Lead supervisors, production staff, packing, and stores teams.
- Plan manpower and production shifts.
