Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify current business leads.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle.

Requirements
- 5–8 years of Business Development/Sales experience.
- Experience in BPO, KPO, or Insurance industry preferred.
- Strong lead generation and deal-closing skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
