Role & responsibilities

Job Summary: The IT Project Manager oversees the full lifecycle of technology projects, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages project risks, tracks progress, and ensures that project deliverables align with business goals and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved on time. • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Manage project budgets and track expenditures.
- Facilitate meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications. • Ensure compliance with organizational processes, quality standards, and security requirements.
- Handle change requests and manage project scope effectively.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.




- Prepare project documentation, reports, and lessons learned.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management practices.

Preferred candidate profile

• Solid project planning and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Leadership and team coordination skills.

• Risk management and problem-solving capabilities.

• Budgeting and financial management knowledge.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as: o Microsoft Project o Jira o Asana o Trello o Smartsheet

• Understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC).

Typical Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
