What You'll Do
- Design & build scalable backend systems (Java/Spring Boot, microservices, cloud-native)
- Develop up-to-date frontend UX (React, TypeScript, responsive design)
- Own deployment pipelines (AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Lead code reviews and mentor mid-level developers
- Collaborate with product, design, and DevOps teams across time zones
- Architect solutions for 100K+ user scale

Tech Stack You'll Touch:
- Backend: Java 11+, Spring Boot, Node.js/Python, REST APIs, GraphQL
- Frontend: React, TypeScript, Redux, Tailwind CSS / Material UI
- Data: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, real-time sync
- DevOps: AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (Jenkins/GitHub Actions)
- Tools: Git, Jira, Figma, Slack

About You

Proficiency:



Java/Python backend + React frontend (not just CRUD apps)
System Design: Built or scaled services handling 1M+ daily active users
Database Skills: SQL optimization, schema design, NoSQL trade-offs
Cloud: Hands-on AWS/Azure (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) or equivalent
English: Fluent (daily standups, written documentation)
Certification: PMP / AWS Solutions Architect / GCP Associate (preferred, not required)

Nice-to-Have:
- Mobile development (React Native / Flutter)
- AI/ML model integration experience
- FinTech or SaaS product background
- Open-source contributions
