Quality Management System (QMS):

· Lead the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001/IATF 16949).

· Ensure QMS documentation is up-to-date and effectively controlled (SOPs, work instructions, quality manuals, etc.).

· Conduct regular internal quality audits; facilitate external audits (customer, certification, regulatory).

· Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) from audit findings and quality incidents.

· Coordinate Management Review Meetings and ensure actionable insights.

Plant Improvement & Continuous Improvement:

· Identify opportunities for process improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.

· Lead cross-functional improvement projects focused on cost reduction, efficiency, waste reduction, and quality enhancement.

· Monitor KPIs (OEE, yield, defect rates)



and lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.

· Promote a culture of continuous improvement across departments.

· Facilitate training and workshops to build CI capabilities within the plant.

Reporting & Analysis:

· Prepare and present quality and improvement reports to management.

· Analyse trends in quality metrics and improvement projects to guide strategy and decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in any field

· 8–10 years of experience in quality management and continuous improvement in a manufacturing workplace.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
