About the Role

Bharat Vanijya Eastern Pvt. Ltd. (BVEPL), a leading Infrastructure & EPC company, is looking for a motivated and experienced
Contracts Manager
to join our Contracts team. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of contract administration, claims management, tender documentation, and contractual compliance in infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage contracts for infrastructure/EPC projects.
- Review tender documents, BOQs, specifications, and contract conditions.
- Prepare and manage contractual correspondence, notices, variation orders, and amendments.
- Handle Extension of Time (EOT), claims, and contract documentation.
- Coordinate with project, billing, planning, procurement, finance, and legal teams.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.




- Identify contractual risks and recommend mitigation measures.
- Maintain contract records, MIS reports, and project documentation.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on contractual matters.

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience:
5–10 years of relevant experience in Contract Management within the Infrastructure/EPC industry.
- Experience in Roads, Highways, Bridges, Irrigation, or Civil Construction projects will be preferred.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of EPC, Item Rate, and FIDIC contracts.
- Experience in NHAI, MoRTH, NHIDCL, or similar government projects.
- Robust drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
