Role & responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
- Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and ready for guests.
- Assist guests with menu recommendations and respond to their queries professionally.
- Handle guest requests and complaints courteously, escalating issues when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area at all times.
- Coordinate with kitchen and other hotel staff to ensure smooth service operations.
- Follow hotel service standards, food safety, and hygiene protocols.
- Assist with opening, closing, and daily restaurant operations as assigned.





Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass (Hospitality training preferred).
- Previous experience in hotels, restaurants, cafs, or banquet services is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, courteous, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Well-groomed appearance with skilled behaviour.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
