Role Overview:

We are hiring
multiple International Distributor Channel Partners Account Management Executives
to build, expand, and manage distributor relationships across international regions. This role owns the




end-to-end distributor lifecycle
, from market mapping and partner identification through onboarding, enablement, performance management, and growth.

The ideal candidate brings strong channel development experience in diagnostics or adjacent life-science domains and can independently drive partner strategy, negotiations, and execution across diverse geographies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute distributor expansion strategy across assigned international (ROW) markets aligned with BioGenex priorities.
- Identify, map, and prioritize target distributors using structured market analysis and segmentation.
- Lead distributor solicitation, shortlisting, and qualification based on coverage, technical capability, service readiness, financial strength, compliance, and strategic fit.
- Manage partner engagement end-to-end: discovery discussions, evaluation, internal alignment, and final selection.
