Roles & Responsibilities
- Execute underground metro station and tunnel construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Supervise civil execution works including excavation, retaining structures, RCC works, waterproofing, and structural finishes.
- Coordinate daily site activities with subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Monitor work progress, manpower, machinery, and material utilization to achieve planned targets.
- Coordinate with survey, QA/QC, planning, MEP, and safety teams for smooth execution.
- Identify and resolve technical and construction-related issues at site.
- Prepare daily progress reports, work permits, inspection requests (IRs), and maintain execution records.
- Ensure adherence to approved method statements and construction sequences.
- Participate in site meetings and support timely project completion within budget and quality requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile




- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience in Underground Metro Station and/or Tunnel Execution Works is mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of RCC construction, excavation support systems, waterproofing, and underground construction methodologies.
- Experience working on metro rail projects involving cut-and-cover, NATM, or TBM interfaces will be preferred.
- Familiarity with project drawings, construction standards, and quality inspection procedures.
- Good understanding of safety practices applicable to underground construction.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage site execution independently.
- Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD; knowledge of Primavera/MS Project will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites and relocate as per project requirements.
