Role Overview

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Strategist who can transform our digital presence into a scalable growth engine. The ideal candidate will own the organic acquisition strategy across multiple SaaS product websites, driving qualified traffic, improving search visibility, increasing conversions, and generating measurable business growth through SEO, website optimization, content marketing, AI-assisted marketing initiatives, and inbound demand generation.

1. Growth Strategy & Execution
- Define and execute a comprehensive organic growth strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Own the growth roadmap for multiple SaaS product websites.
- Identify target audiences, search intent, buyer journeys, and growth opportunities.
- Drive continuous experimentation through data-driven growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Design teams.

2. Website Strategy & Optimization
- Own the overall website experience to maximize traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
- Design and optimize information architecture (IA), navigation,



and content hierarchy.
- Develop high-converting landing pages for products and campaigns.
- Analyze user journeys and eliminate conversion friction.
- Optimize conversion funnels, CTAs, forms, and lead capture mechanisms.
- Plan and execute A/B and multivariate testing.
- Use Microsoft Clarity or Hotjar to analyze heatmaps and user behavior.
- Improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.
- Ensure websites are optimized for both SEO and conversion.

3. SEO (On-page, Technical & Off-page)
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
- Optimize metadata, internal linking, content structure, and schema markup.
- Manage technical SEO including crawlability, indexing, canonicalization, and site health.
- Develop topical authority through content clusters.
- Plan and execute ethical backlink strategies.
- Monitor search algorithm and AI search up
