We're looking for a skilled AI / LLM Integration Engineer to design and build production-ready AI applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). You will work on integrating OpenAI and Azure OpenAI services, developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, optimizing AI performance, and building secure, scalable AI assistants for enterprise use cases.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered applications using OpenAI API and Azure OpenAI Service
- Build intelligent HR document Q&A; systems using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Develop employee analytics and AI assistant solutions
- Create and optimize prompt templates for different business use cases
- Implement document ingestion pipelines for PDF, Excel, Word, and text files
- Build retrieval pipelines using embeddings and vector databases
- Minimize hallucinations through effective retrieval strategies and AI guardrails
- Implement source citations and reference tracking in AI-generated responses
- Develop role-based AI access controls and response restrictions
- Monitor, optimize, and reduce LLM token usage and operational costs
- Evaluate AI response quality and continuously improve model performance
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable AI solutions
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or LLM application development
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI API
- Experience with Azure OpenAI Service
- Solid knowledge of LangChain or LlamaIndex
- Experience building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
- Understanding of Embeddings and semantic search
- Experience with Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, Weaviate, Qdrant)
- Strong Prompt Engineering skills
- Experience with document parsing and ingestion
