Role Description

The Human Resources Assistant is a full-time remote role based in Ahmedabad. This role supports daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, updating HRIS entries, and assisting with the onboarding and exit processes. The Human Resources Assistant helps coordinate benefits administration, tracks leave and attendance,



and responds to employee inquiries on HR policies and procedures. The role also involves assisting with training coordination, scheduling sessions, preparing materials, and supporting performance management activities. Additionally, the Human Resources Assistant collaborates with HR management on compliance documentation, recruitment logistics, and initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications
- Solid foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support core HR processes.
- Experience working with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and maintaining accurate employee data.
- Knowledge of Benefits Administration, including coordination of health, leave, and other employee programs.
- Ability to assist with Training activities, such as organizing sessions, tracking participation, and supporting learning initiatives.
