About The Opportunity
A fast-scaling fintech advisory and growth partner serving startups and mid-market financial services firms across India, we help clients build digital-first brands, scale user acquisition, and drive revenue through data-powered marketing strategies. Our team works at the intersection of finance, tech, and growth—designing campaigns that convert, optimize CAC, and unlock virality in highly regulated yet high-growth verticals like lending, payments, and embedded finance.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the full digital marketing lifecycle: strategy, channel mix, budget allocation, performance tracking, and ROI reporting for fintech clients.
- Own and scale paid media (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic) with focus on conversion rate optimization and customer lifetime value (LTV) lift.
- Build and automate data-driven funnels using marketing tech stacks (HubSpot, Klaviyo, GA4, UTM tracking) to drive segmented, behavior-based campaigns.
- Partner with product and growth teams to align marketing messaging with product launches, feature rollouts, and user journey mapping.




- Develop compliance-friendly creative frameworks and regulatory-aware copy for financial services verticals across India.
- Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of performance marketers, content strategists, and analytics specialists.
