1.Years of Experience

5-8 Years in Project Management, Procurement Excellence, Packaging Development, Supply Chain, Planning, Cost Optimization, or Operational Excellence functions

2. Educational Qualification

MBA (Operations Management / Supply Chain Management) Preferred. B.E./B.Tech + MBA would be an advantage.

3. Basic Exposure Combination Required (Brief Description)

1) Experience in managing cross-functional projects involving Packaging, Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance.
2) Exposure to packaging cost optimization, value engineering, and alternate vendor development projects.
3) Experience in project planning, project tracking, savings calculation, and stakeholder management.
4) Hands-on exposure to SAP S4HANA, Power BI, and Advanced Excel for project monitoring and reporting.
5) Experience in FMCG, Pharma Packaging, Consumer Products, Chemicals, or high-volume manufacturing setting.

- Pure procurement execution profile without project ownership.
- Pure manufacturing profile without cost optimization/value engineering experience.
- No exposure to savings calculations or business case preparation
- Frequent job changes (2 years average stability).
