Role Description
The Client Servicing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, and ensuring that project deliverables align with client expectations and brand objectives. The Client Servicing Manager will coordinate internal teams, track project progress and timelines, prepare status reports, and proactively communicate updates, risks, and solutions to clients.



The role includes gathering and interpreting client requirements, supporting proposal and presentation development, monitoring performance against agreed metrics, and identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and grow accounts. The Client Servicing Manager is expected to maintain high service standards, contribute to process improvements, and support a collaborative, accountable work environment.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Client Services and Client Relations to manage accounts, address requirements, and build long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure high-quality delivery, respond to feedback, and resolve issues effectively.
