Neso Academy is looking for a proactive and people-focused
Human Resources (HR) Executive
to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the complete employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate should have practical exposure to recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance management, employee documentation, and HR compliance. This role is suitable for someone who is organised, approachable, detail-oriented, and interested in building a long-term career in Human Resources.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and candidate onboarding.
- Lead employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs to ensure a seamless joining experience.
- Process monthly payroll inputs and coordinate payroll activities to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and attendance regularizations in Zoho.




- Maintain employee records and HR documentation, including offer letters, appointment letters, promotion letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Oversee employee lifecycle activities, including promotions, resignations, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate employee offboarding, full and final settlements, and clearance processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting and appraisals.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or HR Management roles.
- Adequate knowledge of HR Operations and Recruitment activities.
