Job Description for L2 Production Application Support below:
- Act as the first point of contact for production issues
- Monitor applications and alerts using observability tools (Splunk / Datadog / ELK)
- Monitor the ServiceNow queue, acknowledge incidents, and prioritize based on SLA and business impact
- Perform initial troubleshooting (log analysis, restarts, SOPs)



and escalate complex issues to L3 with complete analysis (logs, impact, actions taken)
- Monitor batch jobs (AutoSys) and handle failures
- Document solutions and updates in the Knowledge Base (KB)
- Conduct root cause analysis using logs, system checks, and recent changes
- Collaborate effectively with clients, business users, and internal teams for timely resolution
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills, ownership, and ability to work in a production support setting
- Possess a strong understanding of end-to-end application workflows
