About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to manage financial operations, statutory compliance, and project accounting.



The role will also involve working on government-funded and innovation-driven projects under IDEX, requiring strong financial governance, reporting, and compliance expertise.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Oversee the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards (IND AS / GAAP).
- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures.
- Review general ledger, trial balances, and reconciliations.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements (if applicable).
- Monitor and improve accounting processes, internal controls, and policies.
- Ensure proper documentation and audit trails for all financial transactions.

2. Taxation (Direct & Indirect)
- Manage all aspects of direct taxation including income tax filings, advance tax, TDS compliance, and assessments.
- Oversee indirect taxation including GS
