Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Mumbai. The Customer Service Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide explicit,



professional information about services and account status. The role includes resolving issues, documenting interactions accurately in systems, and following established procedures and compliance guidelines. The representative will collaborate with team members to ensure consistent customer experiences, meet performance targets, and support continuous process improvements.
