DrSkin.ai is an AI-enabled, full-stack dermatology platform that takes patients from first symptom to lasting skin health, combining AI-assisted diagnosis, teledermatology consultations, structured treatment journeys, and doorstep fulfilment of dermatologist-prescribed care. Our care model guides every patient through defined stages of their treatment journey, supported by clinical protocols, real-world evidence, and an omnichannel acquisition engine spanning digital funnels and chemist-retail touchpoints.

Role Summary

We are looking for a Product Manager to own the end-to-end product experience across our patient app/web journey, doctor-facing tools, and internal operations stack. You will sit at the intersection of clinical operations, technology, growth, and fulfilment, translating our care model into intuitive product flows, prioritising the roadmap, and shipping features that improve patient outcomes and unit economics.

Key Responsibility

*Product strategy & roadmap*

•
Own the product roadmap across patient, doctor,



and operations surfaces; align it with business milestones and growth targets.

•
Translate the clinical care journey into product requirements, treatment-stage logic, and engagement loops.

•
Define and track north-star and funnel metrics (activation, consult completion, treatment adherence, repeat purchase, LTV/CAC).

*Discovery & requirements*

•
Conduct user research with patients, dermatologists, clinic staff, and chemist partners; convert insights into PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

•
Map and continuously refine core workflows: patient onboarding, AI-assisted skin assessment, doctor consultation, prescription-to-fulfilment, and follow-up care.

•
Partner with clinical leadership to ensure product decisions respect medical protocols, telemedicine regulations, and data privacy requirements.

Work with engineering and design to ship high-quality releases; run sprint planning, backlog
