Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Engineering Manager role based in Bengaluru South. The Engineering Manager will lead and mentor engineering teams, driving the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and reliable systems that power Groww’s multi-product financial platform. This role includes collaborating with product,



design, and data stakeholders to define technical roadmaps, break down complex problems, and ensure timely execution while maintaining high engineering standards. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for setting best practices, improving development processes, managing performance, and fostering a culture of ownership, customer obsession, and continuous improvement. The role also involves hiring and onboarding new engineers, guiding architectural decisions, and ensuring compliance, quality, and observability across services.

- Solid experience in software engineering and system design, with hands-on background in building large-scale, high-availability platforms.
