Walk-in Interview Drive – Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including inward, storage, inventory, packing, dispatch, and delivery.

* Ensure proper handling of perishable flowers while maintaining freshness and quality standards.

* Monitor inventory accuracy, stock reconciliation, and FIFO/FEFO practices.

* Coordinate with procurement, logistics, sales, and customers to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and key customers to support seamless operations.

* Lead warehouse teams, ensuring productivity, discipline, and adherence to SOPs.

* Maintain warehouse hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.

* Prepare daily MIS reports and ensure efficient warehouse performance.





* ⁠Better understanding of Dashboards

Eligibility

* Experience: 5–8 Years

* Mandatory experience in handling perishable products, preferably flowers.

* Candidates with experience in Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, Ninjacart, Amazon Fresh, or similar warehouse operations will be preferred.

* Robust leadership, inventory management, communication, and coordination skills.
