? Your Role

As our Content Creator & Storytelling Executive, you'll be responsible for capturing, creating, and publishing content across our initiatives.

What You'll Do

? Content Creation
- Shoot high-quality reels, interviews, and behind-the-scenes videos.
- Capture workshops, events, podcasts, and community stories.
- Create engaging Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube content.

✂️ Video Editing
- Edit short-form videos and reels.
- Add captions,



graphics, and music.
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short clips.

? Social Media Content
- Create content calendars.
- Design simple creatives and carousels.
- Write compelling captions and hooks.

? Podcast Support
- Record and edit podcast episodes.
- Create promotional clips and highlight reels.

✨ Storytelling
- Find inspiring stories within our communities.
- Turn everyday moments into engaging content that people remember.

? You'll Work Across
- LPCC – India's leading coaching community.
- Village – A community empowering parents of special children.
- Leadership and entrepreneurship initiatives.
- Corporate workshops and live events.
- Personal branding for founders and coaches.

No two days will be the same.
