About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and data-driven
Demand Generation Specialist
to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing demand generation campaigns that drive qualified leads and support the sales pipeline. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to generate high-quality inbound and outbound opportunities through digital marketing initiatives, email campaigns, content marketing, webinars, and marketing automation.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize demand generation campaigns across multiple channels.
- Generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and support the conversion of leads into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Develop and execute email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals.




- Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Create landing pages, forms, and lead capture campaigns.
- Coordinate webinars, virtual events, and other lead generation activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights through regular reporting.
- Track key marketing metrics, including CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate, CAC, and ROI.
- Maintain lead data accuracy and ensure proper lead segmentation within CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop marketing assets such as blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and email content.
- Stay updated with the latest B2B marketing trends, demand generation strategies, and marketing technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or B2B Lead Generation.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
