Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Intern to support our legal team with research, documentation, contract review, and compliance activities. This internship offers practical exposure to corporate legal functions and provides an chance to work closely with experienced legal professionals on a variety of legal matters.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on statutes, regulations, case laws, and industry-specific legal developments.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and proofreading contracts, agreements, legal notices, and other legal documents.
- Support the legal team in contract lifecycle management and document organization.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Maintain legal records, databases, and document repositories.




- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information and documentation required for legal matters.
- Prepare summaries, reports, and presentations on legal and regulatory topics.
- Assist in handling corporate governance and compliance documentation, where applicable.
- Perform administrative and other legal support tasks as assigned.

Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B./B.A. LL.B./B.B.A. LL.B.) or an equivalent legal qualification.
- Strong understanding of basic legal principles and contract law.
- Excellent legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal research tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
