The studio welcomes members to train with their own personal coaches at no additional cost, while also offering in-house personal training for those seeking extra guidance. Fully equipped for HYROX-style training, Level 2 enables pay as you or anyone through the app or What’s App enquiries to reserve the entire space for race simulations and specialized sessions.

Role Description
The Floor Manager role at Level 2 is a full-time, in office position based in Chennai. The Floor Manager oversees day-to-day studio operations, including managing member flow, monitoring adherence to booking schedules, and maintaining a calm, safe, and organized training setting. The Floor Manager is responsible for implementing studio policies, handling member inquiries and feedback, resolving issues efficiently,



and supporting race simulations and special sessions. The position also includes basic administrative tasks, assisting with onboarding new members, and collaborating with management to improve operational processes and member experience.

Qualifications
- Strong customer-focused skills and Customer Service, with a commitment to creating a welcoming and professional training environment.
- Excellent Communication abilities to interact effectively with members and to clearly convey studio policies and procedures.
- Experience or aptitude in Operations Management, including managing schedules, coordinating floor activity, and overseeing day-to-day studio operations.
- Ability to support and facilitate Training-related activities, such as HYROX-style sessions, race simulations, and personal training logistics will be an advantage.
