1. Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders; processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received
2. Keep records on the use and/or damage of stock and stock handling equipment
3. Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to manager
4. Maintains the store, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.
5. Ensure the availability of stock at all times in the store.
6. Ensure that the wastage of the raw and finish good materials is minimum
7.Issuing GRN to Concession and corresponding entry to be made in Vista.
8. Maintaining the Inward Register
9. Preparing the Weekly Café Bill
10. Inventory Control
11.Vendor Management
12.Reduction of Waste and discarding
13.Prepares Quotes and expedite Orders
14.Inspection of Receivable Goods
