- Graduate.
- Minimum 0607 years experience in pharmaceutical sales, including 23 years in a managerial role in same Location.
- Strong leadership, team management and market development skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and expand distribution network.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and guide a team of Medical Representative & Area Sales Managers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Review and analysis of implementation of business plans and strategies.
- Achieve zonal sales targets and market growth.
- Build robust relationships with doctors, distributors and stockist.
