Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location: Pune

Salary: ₹30,00,000 – ₹35,00,000 per annum *(₹2.5L – ₹2.9L/month)*
Experience: 10–15 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and strategic CFO to lead the finance function, ensure financial stability, and support business growth through effective planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Overall supervision of accounts & finance operations
- Manage banking activities & loan coordination with financial institutions
- Handle new/existing funding proposals & credit rating processes
- Oversee audits, taxation (Income Tax, GST), and statutory compliance
- Manage ROC, CS-related work, and regulatory filings
- Ensure accurate finalization of accounts & financial statements
- Monitor cash flow, treasury, and fund management
- Assist in stock audits and banking compliance
- Strengthen internal systems (Tally/ERP)

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹291,000.00 per month
