Role Description
The Influencer Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of influencer campaigns for various brands. This internship role is in office and based in Gurgaon, where the intern will assist with identifying and vetting influencers, coordinating outreach, and maintaining communication with content creators. Day-to-day tasks include helping to brief influencers, tracking deliverables and timelines, monitoring engagement metrics, and compiling performance reports.



The intern will also contribute to campaign brainstorming, trend research, and content ideas to ensure influencer collaborations align with brand goals and ROI-focused strategies.

Qualifications
- Ability to research and identify relevant influencers across platforms, analyze their audience and performance, and maintain organized influencer lists.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to manage outreach, follow-ups, and relationship-building with influencers and internal stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn) and current digital and influencer marketing trends.
- Comfort with data tracking and reporting, including monitoring campaign metrics, compiling insights, and presenting findings clearly.
- Interest in storytelling, branding, and content creation, with an eye for engaging visuals and compelling copy.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurg
