PartsBaba provides a YouTube channel as a marketing avenue for electronic manufacturers to promote their brands and leverage its network to sell products.

Role Description
The Customer Support Executive will handle day-to-day customer interactions, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information through phone, email, chat, and other online channels. Day to day responsibilties involving coordinating with warehouse and logistics team, closing tickets and handling customer queries on multuple channels and social media. This full-time role involves managing order-related queries, assisting with returns and replacements, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolutions.



The position includes providing basic technical support for electronic parts and components, guiding customers through troubleshooting steps, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. The role is on-site and based in New Delhi, requiring consistent in-person collaboration with the operations, sales, and technical teams.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Support and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Candidates should possess skills in Customer Satisfaction to manage feedback, build long-term relationships, and ensure positive experiences.
- Candidates should possess Online Support skills to assist customers via digital channels such as chat, email, and social platforms.
- Candidates should possess Technical Support capabilities to understand electronic parts and guide customers through basic troubleshooting.
