Role Description
The Retail Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. This role is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including staff supervision, shift planning, and ensuring the store is well-presented and stocked. The Store Manager will drive sales performance, monitor key metrics, and implement merchandising and promotional strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing customer interactions, resolving service issues, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction,



and enforcing retail loss prevention procedures. The role also involves training and coaching team members, managing cash and inventory controls, and collaborating with brand leadership on reporting and store-level initiatives.

Qualifications
- Strong customer-focused mindset with skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with customers, mentoring staff, and coordinating with leadership.
- Demonstrated ability in Store Management, including team supervision, merchandising, and daily operations.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices and basic inventory control processes.
- Previous experience in fashion or retail store management preferred; menswear experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site full time in the Greater Delhi Area, including weekends and peak retail hours.
