Role Description
The Heating and Air Conditioning Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing HVAC systems for a variety of projects in and around Kolkata. Day-to-day tasks include preparing HVAC design layouts, performing load calculations, selecting appropriate equipment, and using CAD tools to develop technical drawings and documentation. The role involves coordinating with project managers,



contractors, and suppliers, overseeing installation activities, and ensuring systems meet safety standards, energy efficiency guidelines, and regulatory requirements. The engineer will also diagnose system issues, perform or supervise maintenance and repair work, and provide technical support to clients and internal teams. This is a full-time, in office role based in Kolkata.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in HVAC Engineering with practical experience in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Proficiency in HVAC Design, including system sizing, load calculations, and equipment selection.
- Ability to use Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to create and modify HVAC drawings and technical documentation.
- Hands-on experience in HVAC Maintenance & Repair, including troubleshooting, inspections, and corrective actions.
