Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day operations of facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Oversee soft services such as housekeeping, cafeteria management, and security personnel.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work workplace.
Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in facility management or related field.
- Strong knowledge of facility operations, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems etc. .
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with vendors and team members.
