Job Summary

The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving residential and/or commercial property sales, leading the sales team, achieving revenue targets, developing sales strategies, managing channel partners, and ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
- Monitor individual sales performance and conduct regular reviews.
- Generate business through direct sales, channel partners, brokers, and referrals.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, investors, and channel partners.
- Conduct project presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all sales leads generated through digital marketing, walk-ins, and campaigns.
- Negotiate pricing and close high-value sales deals.
- Coordinate with CRM, marketing, legal, finance, and customer service teams for seamless customer experience.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports,



pipeline reports, and market analysis.
- Analyze competitors' projects, pricing, and market trends.
- Plan promotional activities, property exhibitions, and customer engagement events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA guidelines.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues effectively.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales executives and assistant managers.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- MBA (Marketing) preferred.

Experience
- 8 - 10 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Minimum 35 years in a team leadership or managerial role.
- Experience in residential, commercial, plotted developments, or luxury projects.
