Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Technical Trainer role based in Tirupati. The Technical Trainer will design, deliver, and refine training sessions and curricula focused on placement-oriented technical skills for students and early-career professionals.



Responsibilities include planning lesson content, conducting classroom and lab-based sessions, explaining complex technical concepts in an accessible manner, and using assessments to track learner progress. The trainer will provide individual feedback, support doubt-clearing sessions, and adapt teaching methods to different learning styles. The role also involves collaborating with other trainers and the curriculum team to update content based on industry trends and employer requirements, and contributing to workshops, bootcamps, and other training formats.

Qualifications
