Role Overview

The Human Resources & Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle while supporting the company's accounting and administrative functions. This role requires an individual who is highly organised, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential employee and financial information with professionalism.

The selected candidate will work closely with the management team and coordinate with our Chartered Accountant to ensure that all financial records and statutory documentation are maintained accurately and submitted on time.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment support, onboarding, induction, confirmation, employee engagement, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate and conduct end-to-end onboarding for all new employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
- Implement and ensure compliance with company HR policies, procedures, and workplace guidelines.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and employee records.
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies and administrative matters.
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
