Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented
Acquisition Manager
to lead WaterApp expansion in Hyderabad. As the
first team member for the city
, you will be responsible for establishing our presence, driving business growth, achieving sales targets, and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead WaterApp business expansion in Hyderabad.

· Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

· Identify and acquire residential societies, commercial buildings, IT parks, hospitals, educational institutes, and industrial clients.

· Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals,



networking, and channel partners.

· Meet Builders, Developers, Facility Managers, RWAs, and Property Managers.

· Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.

· Coordinate with technical and operations teams for surveys, quotations, installations, and customer onboarding.

· Negotiate, close deals, and ensure smooth project execution.

· Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM.

· Develop long-term relationships to generate repeat business, upselling, and referrals.

· Track competitor activities and market opportunities.

· Submit weekly sales reports and business updates.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).

· 3–6 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in IoT, PropTech, Real Estate, Utility Management, Facility Management, or SaaS.

· Robust communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
