Key Responsibilities
:-
Conduct customer feedback and review calls.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Assist customers with queries and provide timely support.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
Identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.
Support the Customer Success team in ensuring a seamless customer journey.
Requirements
:-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
Knowledge of a regional language will be an added advantage.
Customer-first mindset with good problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Qualifications
:-
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
