Back End Design Lead

•Take responsibility for Back end design requirements for the design

•Includes floor planning, P&R;, Physical Verification, Fab, and package assembly scopes

•Work with package OSAT vendor to ensure pkg requirements simulated at die level before TO

•Define the scope and delivery plan – deliverables, milestones, timelines, etc as part of SOW

•Sign off on effort for back end with internal and external teams and ensure it is in sync with other functions

•Ensure all the commitments for back end are met for the SOW, regular reporting

•Lead all projects back-end needs – technical guidance and troubleshooting, client communication, tracking, risk management, etc.





•Experience upto 600mm2, 2/3nm, HPC designs, as well as low power designs

•Familiarity with package design needs for HPC, exposure to 2.5D/3D pkg design w/ partners

15-20 Years experience

Prefer experience in complex SOC designs in 2nm-28nm nodes
