We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Business Development Executive (Sales) to join our team in Gurgaon.
The role involves handling incoming customer leads, understanding their relocation requirements, providing quotations, negotiating prices, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings. No cold calling or lead generation is required.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer moving requirements and provide suitable quotations.
- Negotiate with customers and close bookings.
- Follow up with interested customers until the booking is confirmed..
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth booking execution.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide professional support.
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic negotiation and sales skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Prior experience in Sales, Customer Support, Telecalling, or BPO will be an advantage.
