Are you passionate about building end-to-end AI/ML solutions that solve real-world business problems? We're looking for a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and drive the development of scalable Machine Learning and Generative AI applications.
Key Responsibilities
?Design, build, and deploy end-to-end Machine Learning solutions from data preparation to production.
?Develop and optimize classification, regression, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics models.
?Build scalable ML inference services using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
?Implement MLOps pipelines including model deployment,
monitoring, drift detection, and automated retraining.
?Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications using Large Language Models.
?Build intelligent document search and Q&A; systems using vector databases and embedding models.
?Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.
?Mentor engineers and lead technical initiatives across AI/ML projects.
Required Skills:
