About the Company

Renew Trade LLP, promoted by the founders of Renq Power Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., is expanding its operations in the solar distribution and trading business. We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead business development initiatives, strengthen dealer networks, and drive sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Build, expand, and manage a strong dealer and distributor network.
- Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and key accounts.
- Drive B2B sales of solar PV products, including modules, inverters, mounting structures, cables, and BOS components.
- Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial agreements with customers and channel partners.
- Manage and mentor the sales team, ensuring achievement of individual and team sales targets.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams for efficient order fulfillment.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare business forecasts, and submit periodic MIS reports.




- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to develop effective sales strategies.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through strong relationship management and after-sales support.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
- Travel extensively to support business expansion and key customer engagement.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in the solar trading or distribution industry.
- Strong understanding of solar PV products, including modules, inverters, mounting structures, cables, and BOS components.
- Proven experience in dealer network development and B2B sales.
- Experience in leading and managing sales teams is preferred.
- Robust negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
