Role Description
The Compliance Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for supporting regulatory and financial compliance across OrthoFX operations. This position includes monitoring compliance with internal policies, industry regulations,



and relevant legal requirements, as well as assisting in the development and maintenance of compliance frameworks and documentation. The Compliance Analyst will review processes and transactions, perform risk-based checks, and support internal audits to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions. Daily activities involve analyzing data and reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams (such as finance, operations, and legal), and preparing transparent, accurate compliance summaries and presentations for management. The role also contributes to training and awareness initiatives, helping team members understand and adhere to compliance standards.
