About the Role: (US Non IT Recruiter)

We are looking for a highly motivated Recruiter with strong experience in
Non-IT recruitment
. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across diverse industries and roles.

Experience supporting
Healthcare (Non-Clinical)
,
Manufacturing
, or
Aerospace
clients will be highly preferred, though candidates with strong recruitment expertise in other non-IT domains are also encouraged to apply.

The most important requirement for this role is excellent stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing channels.
- Screen and assess candidates based on client requirements and organizational fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.




- Develop robust relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
- Maintain ATS and recruitment records accurately.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Meet hiring targets while maintaining quality and turnaround time.

Required Experience
- Experience in Non-IT recruitment.
- Excellent Communication Skills Required. (Top Priority)
- Strong experience hiring for professionals, operationals, corporate, engineering, healthcare, manufacturing, or similar non-technical roles.
- Experience supporting Healthcare (Non-Clinical), Manufacturing, or Aerospace hiring will be a strong advantage (Plus not required).
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and direct sourcing methodologies.
- Experience working with clients in a staffing, recruitment agency, or RPO environment is preferred.
