Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and adaptable Assistant Manager - HR to oversee HR functions, marketing strategies, and client management at our Raipur location. This multifaceted role requires a blend of people management expertise, creative marketing skills, and strong client-facing abilities to support our team's growth, enhance our brand presence, ensure a positive workplace culture, and drive business development through effective client interactions and product demonstrations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented,



and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a rapid-paced tech environment.

Key Responsibilities
- HR Functions: Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for the Raipur team; oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives; ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and HR best practices; coordinate training and development programs to build team skills and foster career growth; maintain HR records, handle payroll coordination, and administer benefits.
- Marketing Functions: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Pyxidia Tech Lab's products and services in the Raipur region; manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, content creation, and SEO/SEM efforts; plan and organize events, webinars, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility; analyze marketing metrics and generate
