Role Description
The Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with corporate and individual clients, and promoting Aarambh GMS relocation services. Day-to-day activities include managing the sales pipeline, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts.



The Sales Manager collaborates with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of services and a high level of client satisfaction. The role also includes tracking sales performance, reporting on key metrics, and contributing to sales strategies and market expansion initiatives.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in sales development, account management, and negotiating client contracts.
- Experience in client relationship management, including prospecting, networking, and presenting solutions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain services clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to analyze market trends, prepare sales reports, and use CRM or similar tools for pipeline management.
- Prior experience in relocation, logistics, mobility services, or related service industries is highly beneficial.
