Job Description
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow IRM Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Development and Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC). The ideal candidate should have experience developing and customizing ServiceNow applications, implementing IRM modules, and integrating enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions.
- Configure Workflows, Business Rules, UI Policies, ACLs, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs and XML.
- Work with CMDB and enterprise integrations.
- Develop scalable solutions using ServiceNow scripting and JavaScript.
- Support implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of ServiceNow IRM applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/SAFe environment.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of relevant ServiceNow Development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules.
- Proficiency in JavaScript.
- Experience with REST APIs and XML integrations.
- Strong knowledge of CMDB and ServiceNow Integrations.
- Experience with Workflows, Business Rules, UI Policies, ACLs, and ServiceNow Scripting.
- Good understanding of Agile/Secure methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Exposure to GCP.
- Experience with Now Assist.
- Knowledge of Machine Learning and Generative AI.
