Overview Role Summary: We are seeking a Senior Associate .NET Software Engineer to join rOar, Publicis Groupe s strategic Project Management, Resource Management, and Time Tracking platform. This role is part of one of the organization s largest digital transformation initiatives, focused on building next-generation solutions using Adobe Workfront, custom SaaS applications, and Azure-based microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, Azure cloud technologies, and Test-Driven Development (TDD). You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications while collaborating with global teams across the Publicis ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using .NET Core and C#.
- Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code following software engineering best practices.
- Drive software development through Test-Driven Development (TDD) and unit testing.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.




- Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate technical approaches and business requirements.
- Build and enhance user-facing applications and client interfaces.
- Participate in solution design and architecture discussions within a microservices-based ecosystem.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams including architects, developers, product owners, and business stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, development frameworks, and industry best practices.
Must-Have Skills
- 8 12 years of overall software development experience with solid expertise in C# and .NET Core.
- Proven experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade applications.
