Role Description
The Senior Technical Lead is a full time,



on-site role based in Indore, responsible for overseeing the design, development, and delivery of complex software solutions, with a strong focus on AI-driven and data-centric applications. This role involves leading technical teams, defining architecture and best practices, reviewing code, and ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure implementations across web and mobile platforms.

The Senior Technical Lead collaborates closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical roadmaps and sprint plans, while managing timelines, risks, and dependencies. Day-to-day responsibilities include mentoring engineers, conducting technical reviews, guiding DevOps and cloud deployment strategies, and driving continuous improvement in performance, reliability, and maintainability.
